Welcome to Tanvee Flower Shop (TFS). By using our website, services, and placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or booking.
1. Definitions
“TFS”, “we”, “our”, “us” – refers to Tanvee Flower Shop (TFS).
“Customer”, “you”, “your” – refers to any individual or entity placing an order or using our services.
“Products” – refers to flowers, bouquets, floral arrangements, décor items, or related products sold by us.
“Services” – refers to event décor bookings, customisations, express deliveries, or any associated offerings.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to place orders on our website.
By using our services, you confirm that the information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
3. Products & Services
Flowers are perishable items; freshness depends on storage and timely delivery.
Images shown on the website are representative only. Actual products may vary slightly due to seasonal availability, design variations, or florist’s discretion.
We reserve the right to substitute flowers or materials of equal or higher value if the ordered items are unavailable.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise).
Payments must be completed through our secure RBI and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
TFS reserves the right to update prices without prior notice, except for confirmed orders.
5. Order & Delivery
90-Minute Express Delivery is subject to area availability and operational hours. Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen factors are beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Incorrect details may result in failed or delayed deliveries.
For event décor services, venue permissions and access are the responsibility of the customer.
If the recipient is unavailable, we may attempt a redelivery at additional cost (subject to feasibility).
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Same-day and 90-minute orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Advance orders may be cancelled 24 hours before delivery (subject to Refund & Cancellation Policy).
Event décor cancellations must be made 72 hours prior; cancellation fees may apply.
Refunds are processed as per our Refund & Delivery Policy.
7. Customer Obligations
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate, up-to-date details (address, contact info, payment details).
Ensure recipient availability at the scheduled delivery time.
Not misuse our services for unlawful purposes.
Respect our intellectual property (logo, brand, website content, bouquet designs).
8. TFS Responsibilities
We commit to:
Delivering fresh flowers and quality décor services.
Using best efforts to meet delivery timelines.
Providing replacements/refunds when legitimately applicable.
Maintaining transparency and fairness in business practices.
9. Limitation of Liability
TFS shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (force majeure: weather, traffic, strikes, natural disasters, government restrictions).
We are not responsible for loss of freshness due to incorrect addresses, late recipient availability, or handling after delivery.
Liability for any claim is limited to the order value only.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (logos, product images, designs, event décor concepts) is the property of TFS.
Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit this content without written permission.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through customer support.
If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revised “Last Updated” date.
