At Tanvee Flower Shop (TFS), we strive to bring joy to your special moments with fresh flowers, quick deliveries, customised bouquets, and décor services. Since our products are perishable and services are time-bound, our Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy ensures clarity and fairness for both you (the customer) and us (the provider).
1. Order Cancellations
Same-Day/90-Minute Deliveries:
Once confirmed, these orders cannot be cancelled, as flowers are prepared and dispatched immediately.
Advance Orders:
Orders scheduled for future delivery or events can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the delivery/event time.
Cancellations made after this window are non-refundable due to preparation and procurement costs.
Event Décor Services:
For décor and large event bookings, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
A cancellation fee of 25% of the booking amount applies to cover planning and resource allocation.
2. Refunds
Refunds are provided only in the following cases:
Order Not Delivered:
If we are unable to deliver your order due to our error (e.g., logistics failure), a full refund will be issued.
Damaged or Poor Quality Products:
If flowers/decor items arrive in damaged condition or are not fresh, you must notify us within 2 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
After verification, we may provide a replacement or refund.
Event Décor Services:
If services are not provided due to our fault, we will issue a partial or full refund after assessing the case.
👉 Non-Refundable Situations:
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.
Recipient not available at the delivery location within the delivery time slot.
Delays due to uncontrollable circumstances (traffic, weather, strikes, natural disasters).
Customised bouquets or décor orders cancelled last-minute.
3. Delivery Policy
90-Minute Express Delivery:
Available only in selected areas of Delhi.
Orders must be placed within serviceable hours.
While we make every effort to meet this timeline, external factors (traffic, weather, road closures) may cause delays.
Standard Deliveries:
Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Time slots can be selected during checkout for advance orders.
Event Décor Services:
Setup teams may require venue access 3-5 hours before the event.
Customers must ensure proper permissions and access. TFS is not responsible for delays due to venue restrictions.
Redelivery:
If the recipient is unavailable, we may attempt a redelivery (subject to feasibility).
Additional delivery charges may apply.
4. Customer Obligations
To ensure smooth delivery:
Provide complete and accurate address details.
Ensure recipient availability at the scheduled time.
For event bookings, provide clear venue details and permissions.
5. TFS Responsibility
We guarantee that all flowers are fresh, carefully packed, and handled with care.
We ensure timely delivery using trusted delivery partners.
We commit to transparent communication in case of unforeseen delays or issues.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
In case of online wallet/UPI, refund time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
